Information about InnoCarnival 2025
Some of the activities required enrolment/registration, details are as follows:

(a) On-site exhibition booths: About 50 programme partners will showcase their innovations and research achievements through exhibitions, including universities, R&D centres, government departments etc. No registration or admission ticket is required. You are welcome to visit the venue. Remarks: If schools and organisations are interested in on-site visits, you may sign up and activate a "Type B: Schools/Groups/Charities" account on the event website innocarnival.hk in advance, as well as to submit the "Registration Form for Group Visit/School Bus Rental Subsidy" for simple registration.

(b) Physical activities: A total of around 150 physical workshops and physical parent-child workshops will be held on-site, and registration is required in advance. Participants may either (I) online enroll or (II) on-site register any suitable workshops. (c) Online seminars: Around 15 online seminars will also be held this year. Participants may (I) online enroll in advance or (II) watch the live broadcast on InnoCarnival YouTube channel as walk-in participants. Remarks: Online enrolment for physical activities and online seminars will start in late September. You may now sign up and activate your account on the event website innocarnival.hk. The timetable of physical activities and online seminars, as well as the instructions for online enrolment will be announced in due course. Please pay attention to the "Latest News" on this website. |

Ans: There are no guided tours for the event this year. You are welcome to arrange your own visit schedule.
Ans: E-certificate of participation will be issued to participants who attended the physical workshops and physical parent-child workshops during InnoCarnival 2025.

Ans: The following areas are not pet-friendly, pets are not allowed to enter:
a) Grand hall, 1/F, Building 12W, Phase 3 (Green Zone)
b) 2/F, Building 10W, Phase 2 (Physical Workshop Registration and Check-in Counter and Classrooms)
The rest of the exhibition areas are under the HKSTP Pet-Friendly Pilot Programme where pets are welcomed to enter every day of the week, including public holidays. Pets are allowed in outdoor areas and designated indoor public areas of the park, including the ground floor and first floor of The Spine, the ground floor of buildings 12E and 16E, the first floor of building 17W, and the ground, first, and second floors of building 19W. Please note that medium and large dogs should be muzzled

Ans: There will be free gift redemptions on weekends. Details as below:
18, 19, 25, 26 October 2025 (Saturdays and Sundays):
- Goodies Bags can be redeemed during InnoCarnival 2025 at the Goodies Bag Redemption Counter. The redemption is available on Saturdays and Sundays while each visitor can only redeem once per day. Goodies Bags are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
- Redemption method: Will be announced later.
20 to24 October 2025 (Mondays to Fridays):
- Gift Redemption is not available from Monday to Friday.
