Ans: If you are participant who has successfully enrolled online, please read the activity reminder email carefully. (An activity reminder email will be sent 3 days before the workshop starts. Since the email may end up in the Junk Mail / Promotion, please check all categories of mailbox. If you are still not getting the email, please contact us at 3750 7050.)
Please note the following:
1. For first list participants who successfully registered are required to arrive at the “Check-in Counter” on 2/F, Building 10W, Phase 2, Hong Kong Science Park, and reports to the staff according to the designated check-in time written on the “Confirmation SMS” / “Online Enrolment Confirmation Email”, as well as to collect the “Participant Sticker” from the staff. Participants should put the sticker on their clothes and must not lose it.
2. If the participant fails to arrive at the “Check-in Counter” at the designated time and report to the staff, it will be regarded as a waiver and the Organizer has the right to disqualify his/her from participating. By then, his/her quota will be filled by the participants from the waiting list (the designated check-in time is listed on the confirmation SMS).
3. Participants must present the “Confirmation SMS” / “Online Enrolment Confirmation Email” upon check-in. If the participant fails to present the required information, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify his/her from participating in the workshop.
4. All workshops are divided into different groups depending on the target grade/age, hence the grade of participants should fall into the targeted grade range of selected workshops while time interval between reserved activities must not be overlapped (including physical activities and online seminars).
5. Participants of the parent-child workshop (applicable to Type A Account (Family/Small Group/Individual) applicants OR families who registered onsite) must be accompanied by 1-2 adults.
