Ans: Waitlist applicants will receive a waitlisted confirmation SMS after successfully onsite registered the waiting list quotas for any workshops. Please arrive at the “Waiting Area” according to the designated check-in time written on the SMS. If the first list applicants fail to arrive at the “Check-in Counter” at the designated time, the staff will announce that the quotas will be filled in the order of registration time by the participants on the waiting list, please wait patiently for the result. If such places are successfully filled by the waitlisted applicants onsite, they are required to present the waitlisted confirmation SMS for verification, otherwise the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify his/her from participating in the workshop.

If a waitlisted applicant fails to show up at the "Waiting Area" according to the designated check-in time and report to staff when the waitlist results are announced, it will be regarded as a waiver and the quota will be filled by the next applicant on the waiting list.
