All workshops are free of charge, you are welcome to join! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering and participating in any workshop, participants and/or parents/guardians (if applicable) accept all the following terms:

Target Participants

1. All workshops are divided into different groups depending on the target grade/age, including “P1 to P3”, “P4 to P6”, “S1 to S3”, “S4 to S6”, and “18 years old or above”. If the workshop is indicated as “parent-child workshop”, participants must be accompanied by 1-2 adults.

2. Participants must meet the target grade/age specified in the workshop requirements.

Quota

3. Participants are required to register in advance and arrive at the “Check-in Counter” at the designated time before they can participate in any workshop.

4. Workshops are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the first-list quota for the workshop is full, applicants can apply for the waiting list quota of the workshop.

5. If the participant fails to arrive at the “Check-in Counter” at the designated time and report to the staff, it will be regarded as a waiver and the Organizer has the right to disqualify his/her from participating. By then, his/her quota will be filled by the participants from the waiting list (the designated check-in time is listed on the confirmation SMS).
