Online Enrolment of InnoTech Online Workshop (Mar 2026): Start Date and Important Notes

Parties who are interested in participating InnoTech Online Workshop (Mar 2026), online enrolment at the event website “innocarnival.hk” (the same below) is available. Quotas are limited and will be offered on first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts.
Online Enrolment Start Date and Time: 2026-02-03 (Tue) 10:30 a.m.
If there is a high level of website traffic on the start day of online enrolment, you will be redirected to the "Virtual Waiting Room" to queue up for entering the website.
Important Notes – Virtual waiting room
To ensure that you would queue up and complete the enrolment smoothly, please read the following points-to-note carefully:
Preparation before the Start Day of Online Enrolment
A. Account Signup

If you don’t have a “Type A: Families/Small Groups/Individuals” account or “Type B: Schools/Groups/Charities” account, please sign up now.

If you have already signed up an account during Sep 2025 to Jan 2026, you may use the same account for online enrolemt.

Your account which was signed up during 2024 to Q3 of 2025 has been destroyed. Please sign up a new account now. (Regard of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) under the Law of Hong Kong, all accounts and information will be destroyed after the completion of our previous activities. Please sign up for a new account.)

If you forgot the password, please reset now! (How to reset: “Sign in” > “Forget Password” )

“Type B: Schools/Groups/Charities” account is applicable to enroll in Online Workshops. Teachers are welcome to enroll in any suitable workshops for their students.
B. Prepare a desktop computer or a laptop/notebook computer for online enrolment
*** You are NOT recommended to use mobile phones to browse the event website and queue so as to prevent you from leaving the queue unintentionally (see point 4 of "On the Start Day of Online Enrolment" below)***

On the Start Day of Online Enrolment
1. Visit the event website and login the account when online enrolment kicks off. If there is a high level of website traffic on the start day of online enrolment, you will be redirected to the "Virtual Waiting Room" to queue up for entering the event website.
2. Please use a desktop computer, or a laptop/notebook computer with stable internet connection and reliable browsers. In order to keep you stay in the queue in the virtual waiting room, please refer to the recommendation of platform system and browser listed in Part B of the above “Preparation before the Start Day of Online Enrolment”
*** You are NOT recommended to use mobile phones to browse the event website and queue so as to prevent you from leaving the queue unintentionally (see point 4 below)***
3. When you visit the event website and enter the virtual waiting room with a desktop computer or laptop, please stay at the queuing page and pay close attention to the progress of the queuing. Please DO NOT leave the queuing page (see detailed description below) otherwise you will lose your queuing position without any prior notice and will be re-directed to queue again at the end of the queue. Therefore, you are recommended to suspend using other functions of your computer* while queuing so as to prevent losing your current queuing position.
For desktop computer or laptop users, in order to prevent you from leaving the queuing position and need to re-queue at the end, please note that while queuing, you:
3.1 SHOULD NOT refresh the queuing page, close the queuing page or the browser, open new webpage in the same browser, or open / use other browser(s)
3.2 SHOULD NOT use other functions of your computer, such as documents processing, gaming etc.
3.3 SHOULD DISABLE the screen saver mode or sleep mode. (You are recommended to do so before the start day of online enrolment)
3.4 SHOULD TURN OFF “Block all cookie” function of your browser (You are recommended to do so before the start day of online enrolment)
*You are recommended to prepare additional device(s) if you have to use other functions of your computer or browse activity timetable while queuing.
4. If you use mobile phone to visit the event website and enter the virtual waiting room (which is NOT recommended), please pay special attention to the following points-to-note, otherwise you will lose your current queuing position without any prior notice and will be re-directed to queue again at the end of the queue:
For mobile phone users, in order to prevent you from leaving the queuing position and need to re-queue at the end, please note that while queuing, you:
4.1 SHOULD NOT refresh the queuing page, close the queuing page or the browser, open new webpage in the same browser, or open / use other browser(s)
4.2 SHOULD NOT switch off /lock your mobile phone screen, enable sleep mode or battery saving mode. (You are recommended to disable the screen lock function, sleep mode and battery saving mode before the start day of online enrolment.)
4.3 SHOULD NOT switch to browse other website(s), open other app(s) or use other functions** of your mobile phone.
4.4 SHOULD AVOID dialing or answering phone calls
4.5 SHOULD TURN OFF “Block all cookie” function of your browser (You are recommended to do so before the start day of online enrolment)
**You are recommended to prepare additional device(s) if you have to use other functions and apps of your mobile phone or browse activity timetable while queuing.
5. You will be directed to the event websitesoon when you reach the head of the queue. Therefore, please check your queuing status timely.
6. After entering the event website (regardless of whether you were in the virtual waiting room) if you remain idle for 15 minutes or more, you will be re-directed to virtual waiting room and queue again at the end of the queue.
7. Workshop quotas are limited and will be offered on first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. You can only enroll in at the event website: https://innocarnival.hk.Other ways to reserve quotas, such as phones, emails are not accepted.
