Sign Up List of Learning Kit Items

InnoTech DIY@Home Learning Kit Redemption will soon be launched. It is free of charge and applicable to Kindergarten to Secondary 3 students. Each eligible participant can apply a maximum of 1 Learning Kit. Online application at the event website “innocarnival.hk” (the same below) is required. Quotas are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. Please click here to preview the content of Learning Kits (For reference only and subject to change. The final version is subject to the announcement at the event website on the start day of online application.)

Important Notes for Online Application

To ensure that you would queue up and complete the online application smoothly, please read the following points-to-note carefully:

Preparation before the Start Day of Online Application

A.   Account Registration (InnoTech DIY@Home Learning Kit Redemption is only applicable to "Type A: Families / Small Groups / Individuals" account. Please make sure participants under the age of 18 are registered.)

• If you don’t have a "Type A: Families / Small Groups / Individuals" account, please sign up now. (InnoTech DIY@Home Learning Kit Redemption is not applicable to "Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities" account.)
• If you have already signed up an account from Sep 2025 to now, you may use the same account for online application.
  
• Your account which was signed up during 2024 to Q3 of 2025 has been destroyed. Please sign up a new account now. (Regard of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) under the Law of Hong Kong, all accounts and information will be destroyed after the completion of our previous activities. Please sign up for a new account.)
• If you forgot the password, please reset now! (How to reset: "Sign in" > "Forget Password" )
• "Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities" account is not eligible to apply for the learning kit.  

B.  Prepare a desktop computer or a laptop/notebook computer for online application

      *** You are NOT recommended to use mobile phones to browse the event website and queue so as to prevent you from leaving the queue unintentionally (see point 4 of "On the Start Day of Online Application" below)*** 

✔  Test the stability and reliability of internet connection and browsers of your computer.

         To ensure the browser is working properly, below are the recommendation for your reference:

Browser for different types of Operation System	Chrome: Version 90 or above

         ※※ The event website DOES NOT support Internet Explorer (IE). Please avoid using IE. ※※

✔  If your computer has been set to automatically enter the sleep/power-saving mode or turned on "Block all cookies", please turn OFF the functions in advance (see point 3 of the "On the Start Day of Online Application" below).

On the Start Day of Online Application

1.    Visit the event website and login the account when online application kicks off. If there is a high level of website traffic on the start day of online application, you will be re-directed to the "Virtual Waiting Room" to queue up for entering the event website.

2.    Please use a desktop computer, or a laptop/notebook computer with stable internet connection and reliable browsers. In order to keep you stay in the queue in the virtual waiting room, please refer to the recommendation of platform system and browser listed in Part B of the above "Preparation before the Start Day of Online Application"

*** You are NOT recommended to use mobile phones to browse the event website and queue so as to prevent you from leaving the queue unintentionally (see point 4 below)***

3.   When you visit the event website and enter the virtual waiting room with a desktop computer or laptop, please stay at the queuing page and pay close attention to the progress of the queuing. Please DO NOT leave the queuing page (see detailed description below) otherwise you will lose your queuing position without any prior notice and will be re-directed to queue again at the end of the queue. Therefore, you are recommended to suspend using other functions of your computer while queuing so as to prevent losing your current queuing position.
For desktop computer or laptop users, in order to prevent you from leaving the queuing position and need to re-queue at the end, please note that while queuing, you:
3.1 SHOULD NOT refresh the queuing page, close the queuing page or the browser, open new webpage in the same browser, or open / use other browser(s)
3.2 SHOULD NOT use other functions of your computer, such as documents processing, gaming etc.*
3.3 SHOULD DISABLE the screen saver mode or sleep mode. (You are recommended to do so before the start day of online application)

3.4 SHOULD TURN OFF "Block all cookies" function of your browser (You are recommended to do so before the start day of online application)

*You are recommended to prepare additional device(s) if you have to use other functions of your computer or browse details of the learning kits while queuing.

4.  If you use mobile phone to visit the event website and enter the virtual waiting room (which is NOT recommended), please pay special attention to the following points-to-note, otherwise you will lose your current queuing position without any prior notice and will be re-directed to queue again at the end of the queue:
For mobile phone users, in order to prevent you from leaving the queuing position and need to re-queue at the end, please note that while queuing, you:
4.1 SHOULD NOT refresh the queuing page, close the queuing page or the browser, open new webpage in the same browser, or open / use other browser(s).
4.2 SHOULD NOT switch off /lock your mobile phone screen, enable sleep mode or battery saving mode. (You are recommended to disable the screen lock function, sleep mode and battery saving mode before the start day of online application)
4.3 SHOULD NOT switch to browse other website(s), open other app(s) or use other functions of your mobile phone.**
4.4 SHOULD AVOID dialing or answering phone calls.

4.5 SHOULD TURN OFF "Block all cookies" function of your browser. (You are recommended to do so before the start day of online application)

**You are recommended to prepare additional device(s) if you have to use other functions and apps of your mobile phone or browse details of the learning kits while queuing.

5.   You will be directed to the event website soon when you reach the head of the queue. Therefore, please check your queuing status timely.

6.   After entering the event website (regardless of whether you were in the virtual waiting room) if you remain idle for 15 minutes or more, you will be re-directed to virtual waiting room and queue again at the end of the queue.

7.   Quotas of InnoTech DIY@Home Learning Kit are limited and will be offered on first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. You can only apply for at the event website: https://innocarnival.hk. Other ways to reserve quotas, such as phones, emails are not accepted.

3 Mar 2026 and before	•  Glance over the details of the learning kits •  Sign up a "Type A: Families / Small Groups / Individuals" account (Only applicable to those who did not sign up a Type A account during Sep 2025 to Jan 2026) •  Reset Password (If necessary)
Start Date and Time of Online Application 3 Mar 2026 10:30 a.m.	•  Go to the event website for application of the Learning Kit, and select pickup location and date. Quotas are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. (If there is a high level of website traffic on the start day of online enrolment, you will be redirected to the "Virtual Waiting Room" to queue up for entering the website.) •  Confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants. (Please check your junk mailbox as well. If no confirmation email is received, it means the registration is unsuccessful.)
Redemption Period 8 - 25 Apr 2026 (Except Sundays and Public Holidays)	Successful applicants redeem the Learning Kits at the specific date and pickup location according to the information written on the Confirmation email.
