Group Visit by Kindergarten, Child Care Centre, Tertiary Schools, Charities and Others
Ans: All activities held on "InnoCarnival 2024" are free of charge. If groups or institutions only visit the on-site exhibition booths, pre-registration and admission ticket are not required. If schools or institutions are interested in enrolling for physical workshops and online seminars, they can now sign up and activate a “Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities” account online. Ans: No, school bus rental subsidy is only applicable to primary, secondary and special schools. Hence, the fees of bus rental service for visiting InnoCarnival are at your own expenses. In addition to renting a bus, you can also take a free shuttle bus to and from the venue. Ans: Around 70 programme partners will showcase their innovations and research achievements through exhibitions, including universities, R&D centres, government departments etc. Schools are welcome to organize children to visit.
Ans: The minimum grade of participants for joining physical parent-child workshop/physical workshop is the Primary One. The grade of participants should fall into the targeted grade range of activities.
Ans: Yes. However, it is required to choose the activities according to the grade of participants, as well as to arrange online or on-site registration according to the users’ daily routine. Quotas are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis while quota lasts. As for the physical parent-child workshops, enrolment is not applicable for charities or groups.
