Website Account Sign-up and Enquiries
Ans: Please click the link below to sign up a “Type A: Families / Small Groups / Individuals” account or “Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities” account.
Ans: Please ensure all the information has been filled in, and check whether the filled email address, telephone number and password format are valid.
Password must meet the below requirement:
*Use at least 8 characters (Include at least 1 special character including ?!@#$%^&*, 1 capital letter, 1 small letter and 1 number).
Ans: Please click the link below to reset the password. After entering the webpage, please fill in the email address that you have signed up. Then, you will receive an email with new password. Meanwhile, SMS and new password will be sent to your registered mobile phone. Please sign in the account with new password and change your password in “My Account” -> “Change Password” promptly to safeguard your account.
Ans: If your account was created before August 2025, in regard of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) under the Law of Hong Kong, all accounts and information have been destroyed after the completion of our previous activities. Hence, you are required to sign up a new account to enroll in the physical activities and online seminars of InnoCarnival 2025. You may sign up the account with the email address you used in past years. Please note that each email address could sign up ONE account only (regardless of Type A or Type B Account).
Ans: Please check Inbox and Junk Mail Box. Before activation, please move the email from Junk Mail Box to Inbox first. For Gmail users, you are suggested to click the "More" button in sidebar and view all messages in "All Mail" tab.
The same activation link has also been sent to the contact person’s mobile phone. Please click the link in the SMS to activate your account. You may also click the “Resend activation email and SMS” button after submitting the account information. The system will resend the activation email and SMS to your email address and mobile phone.
If you are still not getting the activation email and SMS, please contact us at 3750 7050 during office hours (Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 6pm).
Ans: For “Type A: Families / Small Groups / Individuals” account, each account could register a maximum of 3 participants aged below 18 and a maximum of 5 participants aged 18 or above.
For “Type B: Schools / Groups / Charities” account, each account could register ONE contact person only, the information of students/participants is not required. If schools/organisations would like to enroll in/register for activities, please fill in the number of students/participants at the page of online enrolment.
Answer: If parents would like to change the personal information (including adults and children), you must do so without online enrolling any activities. In other words, after you have successfully online enrolled in a physical activity/online seminar/online workshops/InnoTech DIY@Home Learning Kit for your child, any changes of the child's information are not allowed. (If the change is necessary, parents must cancel all activities that have been successfully enrolled for the child first, and then change the personal information in “My Account”. However, activities that have already been cut-off cannot be cancelled.)
